Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries about Sundown CrossFit, Spark Nutrition, or Events at the gym. There is usually someone at the gym from the time the gym opens for our first morning class to the time the last class of the day ends, drop by for a visit!


Walk-ins welcome, we can set you up with a drop-in or membership on the spot; class availability is not guaranteed. 

Our Facilities

Sundown’s CrossFit facility is fully equipped for high-intensity workouts, featuring barbells, squat racks, Olympic lifting platforms, kettlebells, and more. With rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and jump ropes, we have the tools to support every workout, from strength training to conditioning, and help optimize your training.

Sundown's guns' out?! 
Dad's joke aside, I really like this gym.
I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and my instructor, I forgot his name but he was great. He gave us a fierce workout and corrected my forms and gave me plenty of tips and pointers. 
It was a drop-in class and I would come back if I am in the area again.

The community here is absolutely amazing. You will definitely feel welcome. The coaches are super friendly and have great tips/advice. I also really enjoyed the programming and they always had a good warm up to start the class.
