Nutrition Phase 2

Welcome to Phase 2 of our Group Nutrition Program. This is a 5 week course that is dedicated to building key nutritional metrics associated with visible transformation and progress. This program will be launching on October 2nd.


Over the course of 5 weeks you will:

  • Learn how to calculate and adjust the amount of calories you need to reach your goal

  • Learn how to properly track nutrition progress

  • Learn the right combination of Protein, Fats, and Carbohydrates dependent on your lifestyle

  • Learn how to adjust nutrition metrics depending on metabolism 

  • Learn how and when to use plateau breakers

  • Start to learn how to develop the skills needed for Intuitive Eating
