FUNDAMENTALS IS THE STARTING POINT FOR THOSE NEW TO CROSSFIT. YOU WILL WORK IN A SMALL GROUP (1-2) SETTING LEARNING PROPER FORM FOR LIFTING AS WELL AS BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS. THIS CAN BE SCHEDULED REMOTELY (VIRTUALLY) OR IN PERSON.
