FUNDAMENTALS IS THE STARTING POINT FOR THOSE NEW TO CROSSFIT. YOU WILL WORK IN A SMALL GROUP (1-2) SETTING LEARNING PROPER FORM FOR LIFTING AS WELL AS BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS. THIS IS ESSENTIAL TO GETTING YOU STARTED WITH PERSONALIZED COACHING TO HELP YOU PREPARE FOR CROSSFIT CLASSES AND MOVING WELL TO WHICH MEANS BETTER FITNESS LONG TERM!

Monthly Membership Options
On-Ramp Program
For members new to CrossFit. Include 3-Small Group (1-4 ppl) training sessions that teaches proper form, addresses movement limitations and faults along with nutrition information. This program will get you started the right path to your fitness goals and catapult you to moving and feeling better!
*These memberships are 5-week total membership. Week 1 is 3-Fundamentals classes, week 2-5 regular classes. Must complete all 3 fundamentals sessions!*
